Launch Virtual Solutions started in 2021 — not as a staffing idea on a whiteboard, but inside a working immigration law firm.
Our story
From one firm's problem to an operation.
The founder needed bilingual support with genuine warmth, the right language, and the professionalism their clients deserved. They couldn’t find it locally at a price that made sense. So they built it.
What began as a pilot in Querétaro, Mexico became a permanent operation. Today Launch is an LLC based in Colorado Springs, CO with a dedicated team across Latin America — college-educated, fully bilingual, working in our partners’ time zones.
We’re not a marketplace that hands you a stranger and disappears. We recruit, train, supervise and support every assistant, and we measure their work so you don’t have to. When you grow, your assistant grows with you.
